Account deletion is available in your account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes all your Loc8IDs, analytics data, and billing information. This action cannot be undone.

All invoices and payment history are available in your Billing page. Receipts are also emailed to you automatically after every successful charge.

Yes. The Business plan includes API access via API keys, which you can generate from your dashboard. The API lets you create Loc8IDs, retrieve details, and manage your locations programmatically—useful for CMS integrations, mobile apps, and automation workflows.

API keys can be scoped to specific permissions and optionally given an expiry date.

Configure a webhook URL in your dashboard and we'll send an HTTP POST request to it when events occur—such as a Loc8ID being viewed or created. You can use webhooks to connect Loc8ID to tools like Zapier, Make, Slack, or your own backend systems.

Yes, rate limits apply per API key and vary by plan. Rate limit headers are included in every API response so you can track your usage. If you need higher limits, contact us.
